As usual, I am starting the post with cats. This picture is just too cute not to share, don't you agree?

But, once again it's good news! I haven't spent a bean this week (except for essential purchases like food* and hair dye). So look, two weeks in a row - a girl can learn!
Sadly my lust-o-meter for nail polish is through the roof, and I can barely resist clicking add to basket for OPI polishes. I'd forgotten how much I loved them until last week's purchase. I am staying strong, I am staying strong. Sharing my progress on here is DEFINITELY helping, especially the support from the lovely Marvelle. I feel like if I slip up, you'll all be mad at me! Bahaha. Talk about some encouragement!
*two Easter eggs count as general food, right?
Wisdom gained...

Wisdom gained...
- This just might be getting easier
- It feels just as good to not spend as it does to spend, but is better for my bank balance
Money spent...
- Nothing!
Money saved (aka. items of lust)
- Lynch on Lynch - £10.87
- OPI Stranger Tides - £8
Empties
- Kerastase Oleo Relax Serum

Well done you! Easter eggs definitely count as food. I'm trying really hard to do this, and think I'm winning... but I think I need to do a "stop going out for coffee and drink tea at home" ban instead- I'm spending SO much money that way, it's awful!! x
ReplyDeleteThank you - it feels lovely when you achieve a good week. I used to spend a fortune on tea when I worked in an office! x
DeleteHaha YES I WILL BE MAD :) Nooo I'm kidding, I completely understand slip ups happen (I am still punishing myself for my February slip up(s) by adding on an additional 50 days >.> But these things happen, its getting back on the wagon thats important :) ALSO CUTEST CAT PICTURE EVAR (i love cat bellies)
ReplyDeleteI daren't tell you how this week went ;) x and YES! I love cat tums, and snuggling them. x
