Windowsill Gardening | Repotting

My little sprouts have become big beautiful plants. I'm like a proud mother gushing over them, but I'm also starting to worry about whether I should attempt to separate them at all. Any budding gardeners have any advice for me?

I love growing things, especially in the house. It's nice to add a bit of greenery and life. From top to bottom: mixed radish, catnep, Thai basil, mixed basil. The lemon balm is slooowly coming along, but is still tiny.
